Through the Lens Film Club: Taster Sessions | 14:00 - 16:00 | Bon Marche
Join Through the Lens Film Club, a club dedicated to inspiring young filmmakers in television and film skills from acting in front of camera to directing and producing to screenwriting and editing.
Their free taster session consisting of 2 30 minute workshops will be exploring themes of 'What Stretford means to me'. Whether that's it's inspiring heritage, a strong community or our vibrant culture, get hands-on experience with professional filming equipment and enjoy life in the lime light!
For the taster session, the film camera will be set up and participants will work in pairs to film a scene in front of the camera.

Next up in Stretford's Unofficial Museum we have an exhibition all about the M60, and how it impacts our local communities. At its heart, this exhibition invites people to pause and reconsider the urban spaces they usually move through without a second thought.
Stretford Mall by Nite | The Unofficial Museum | 6-12th April
This exhibition looks back at Nite School's absolutely iconic era 2025 the mall - the nights that turned a closed down pawnbrokers into a dancefloor and injected new levels into Stretford’s nightlife. And that’s including the legendary Boots rave with Bicep.
