Join us in adding a splash of colour to the skies above Stretford as we join forces with Friends of Victoria Park to fly our kites.
Meeting at The Tea Room in Victoria Park, Stretford, join us and Friends of Victoria Park for a delightful afternoon of kite flying!
Whether you crafted your own kite at Stretford Socials or not, there's no need to fret - we'll have plenty to share on the day. While you're soaring through the Stretford skies with your colorful creations, grab an ice cream or a hot drink from A Few Scoops Ice Cream and The Tea Room at Victoria Park.
So gather your friends and family for a day of outdoor fun and community spirit in the park!

Next up in Stretford's Unofficial Museum we have an exhibition all about the M60, and how it impacts our local communities. At its heart, this exhibition invites people to pause and reconsider the urban spaces they usually move through without a second thought.
This exhibition looks back at Nite School's absolutely iconic era 2025 the mall - the nights that turned a closed down pawnbrokers into a dancefloor and injected new levels into Stretford’s nightlife. And that’s including the legendary Boots rave with Bicep.
