Christmas Stretford Social | Saturday 7th December 12-4pm
Mark your diary for the final Stretford Social of the year and get ready for an extra-festive celebration! Expect the usual beloved lineup of local makers, bakers, and community groups, plus special Christmas crafting activities. It’s the perfect chance to soak up the community Christmas spirit and find unique, handcrafted gifts for everyone on your list right in Stretford town centre.
With our friends over at the Public Hall also hosting their Christmas Markets, our Chester Road businesses have got an extra special line up of festive treats to keep you warm and entertained as your bounce between the two sites.

Oktoberfest takes over Stretford town centre
Oktoberfest is landing in Stretford town centre from Saturday 4th - Sunday 5th October 2025. Dust off your Lederhosen and get ready for the ultimate weekend of Bavarian celebrations, as Stretford’s new Sir Tony Lloyd public square becomes Oktoberfest - featuring an array of delicious beer, street food, drinks and performances from a Bavarian Oompah Band.
